IBBA Guidelines

2 Community Advisory Board Guideline The CAB guidelines lay out the process of identifying members for the CAB and their roles and responsibilities in the IBBA over different phases of the survey.
3 Community Monitoring Board Guideline The CMB guidelines lay out the process of identifying members for the CMB and their roles and responsibilities in the IBBA over different phases of the survey.
4 Harm Minimization guideline The harm minimization guideline focuses on the rights of the IBBA survey groups. The guideline lays out some guidance on preparing the community for the surveys, rights of participants, monitoring for adverse events, examples of adverse events, and response to such events. The Adverse Event Reporting and Resolution Forms supplement this document.
5 STI Referral Guideline This document lays out how STI referral clinics will be identified, their role in the survey, how referrals should take place, and training guidance. This was used for FSW, MSM, Hijra, IDU, and NHW surveys.
6 VCTC Referral Guideline (Round I, 2005 - 2007) This guideline provides an overview of how VCTC referrals will be done in the IBBA.
7 Supervisors Guideline This document describes the responsibilities of the field team supervisor including sampling of respondents (conventional and time locaiton are described), compensation, venue identification, etc.
8 Community Liason Guideline The CL guidelines lay out the process of identifying members for the CL and their roles and responsibilities in the IBBA over different phases of the survey.
